Responsibilities

• Underwrite Business Banking loans to determine credit worthiness.
• Maintain an individual pipeline of work.
• Review financial and credit information for sound decisions.
• Assess borrower risk and compliance with policy.
• Mentor and support new hires and other UW job families.
• Collaborate with credit and risk to meet department goals.
• Provide back-up support for manager and team meetings.
