Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Underwrites business banking loans to determine credit worthiness and policy compliance.
• Maintains an individual pipeline of work to support production.
• Reviews financial and credit information to make sound credit decisions, including complex structures up to $10MM.
• Applies single approval authority up to $4MM.
• Mentors new hires and provides support for UW job families as needed.
• Collaborates with credit and segment risk to meet department goals.
• Acts as primary back-up for the manager during team huddles and meetings.
