Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years' experience in business/commercial underwriting in centralized lending
• Ability to underwrite and decision credits up to $3MM with single approval authority

Responsibilities

• Underwrite Business Banking loans to determine credit worthiness and policy compliance
• Maintain an individual pipeline and support production in Business Banking
• Review financial and credit information to make sound credit decisions on complex loans up to $4MM
• Assess risk profile of borrowers and provide guidance to team as needed
• Mentor junior staff and support UW II/UWI job families
• Perform additional duties to support the line of business
