Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years' experience with business or commercial underwriting in a centralized lending environment

Responsibilities

• Maintains an individual pipeline of work to support Business Banking production.
• Reviews financial and credit information to make sound credit decisions.
• Underwrites loans up to $10MM with complex structures.
• Uses single approval authority up to $4MM.
• Mentors new hires and supports UW II/III job families as needed.
• Collaborates with credit and segment risk to meet goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
