Responsibilities

• Lead a team of at least three Business Bankers to meet revenue, loan, and deposit goals.

• Collaborate with branch partners to expand sales and cross-sell bank products.
• Build relationships with centers of influence and referral sources; participate in community activities.
• Monitor delinquencies and maintain client relationships to drive retention.
