• Lead a team of Business Solutions Bankers to grow deposits, cash management and credit
• Identify and promote solutions that fit client needs while managing risk
• Train, coach, and manage BSB performance with focus on client experience
• Recruit and promote diversity; maintain pipeline of viable candidates
• Guide team on portfolio management and development of customized solutions
• Plan and conduct regular client meetings to understand needs and goals
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to support client needs
