U.S. Bank is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager to help client businesses achieve their financial goals.

You will bring in new clients, act as the primary advisor, and build long-term relationships by delivering tailored financial solutions. The role requires local market knowledge, strong collaboration across teams, and a proven track record of onboarding businesses with revenues from $2.5M to $25M.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3–4 years of relevant business banking experience
• Knowledge of local market
• Proven track record onboarding and retaining businesses with revenues $2.5MM to $25MM
• Proven track record of success meeting targets (quantitative and qualitative)

Responsibilities

• Bring new business clients to the bank through strong business development and prospecting
• Be the primary advisor for our business clients
• Build, develop, enrich and manage new and existing relationships with business clients
• Deliver financial expertise and client-centric solutions that build strong, long-term relationships
• Assess and attend to clients' banking needs
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services
• Recommend financial solutions based on each client’s goals and needs
• Partner effectively with Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Business Banking Credit Card teams
