Job summary

U.S. Bank in Houston is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager who will serve as the primary advisor for our business clients, building and managing new and existing relationships while delivering financial expertise and client-centric solutions.

You will assess clients’ needs, educate them on deposit and loan products, and work across internal teams to help businesses achieve their goals, with a focus on trust, growth, and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of relevant experience.
• Strong relationship management and business development abilities.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure.
• Knowledge of cash flow management and business credit underwriting.
• Demonstrated understanding of basic financial accounting and analysis.
• Broad knowledge of bank products and services.
