Chase is seeking a Senior Business Relationship Manager in our Business Banking division to deepen relationships with profitable clients earning over $5 million in annual revenue. You will manage 80–100 clients, provide deposits and cash management solutions, and handle credit opportunities up to $15 million while collaborating with branch and product partners.

This role emphasizes high-touch service, risk-aware decision making, and leveraging referrals to grow primary banking relationships

Formación

• 5+ years in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products, and knowledge of business credit underwriting
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate client issues and own problems
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Self-directed, proactive and able to navigate ambiguity to get things done

Responsabilidades

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of approximately 80-100 business clients with annual revenue >$5MM; provide business deposit and cash management solutions and manage credit opportunities up to ~$15MM
• Deliver outstanding experience to Chase business clients with tailored banking solutions
• Identify and promote solutions leveraging diverse business knowledge and referrals to grow relationships
• Regularly conduct in-person/virtual calls to cultivate long-term primary banking relationships
• Understand owners' personal financial goals and coordinate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver solutions
• Onboard clients using treasury products and ensure end-to-end delivery of accounts and services
• Protect the firm by following risk management protocols and regulatory requirements
