Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Business Relationship Manager in Business Banking to manage a portfolio of large clients with annual revenue over $5 million, focusing on deposits, product deepening, client retention and referrals to grow primary bank share.

You will build high-touch client relationships, provide financial advice, and partner with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver tailored solutions while maintaining strong risk controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, and knowledge of business credit underwriting.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate clients' issues and follow through with commitments.
• Strong relationship-building and excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of ~100 business clients with revenue >$5M; provide deposit and cash management solutions and credit opportunities up to ~$15M.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions tailored to client needs.
• Identify and promote solutions to ensure portfolio profitability and leverage referrals for growth.
• Conduct in-person/virtual calls with clients, referrals, and centers of influence to cultivate primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver personal financial solutions.
• Onboard clients with treasury products and ensure end-to-end delivery of accounts.
