Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Business Banking Advisor to provide holistic advice and solutions to business customers in Maine. You will source, develop, and deliver business banking products and services, and generate new loan and deposit production while delivering expert guidance on credit and cash management.

The role requires independence, strong business development and presentation skills, and the ability to travel extensively (more than 50%).

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent education/work experience.
• 5 years banking experience and/or business development experience.
• Minimum of 2 years direct business banking experience.
• Ability to travel more than 50% and attend external business development functions/activities.
• Willingness and ability to travel more than 50% and driver’s license are required.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Business Banking products/services, including loan, deposit, and cash management products, policies/procedures, industry trends, and available technologies

• Broad knowledge of Consumer, Mortgage, Wealth, and Commercial products/services
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Availability to attend and participate in external business development functions/activities, often outside traditional work hours
• Willingness and ability to travel more than 50%
• Driver's License required
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
