Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in commercial/business banking or related sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel within assigned markets as needed.
• Knowledge of treasury management and credit products.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business banking relationships within the $10M–$50M revenue segment.
• Develop and execute a disciplined prospecting strategy leveraging market intelligence and COIs.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through outreach and networking.
• Represent Flagstar Bank at conferences and events to generate leads.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting in the CRM and coordinate with RM on complex credit structures.
