• 6+ years of experience in commercial/business banking, business development, or relationship-based sales.
• Proven track record of sourcing, qualifying, and originating new commercial client relationships.
• Working knowledge of commercial lending products, deposits, and treasury management services.

• New Client Acquisition & Prospecting: identify, source, and pursue new business banking relationships within the $10M–$50M revenue segment.
