Flagstar Bank is seeking a Business Banking Specialist to lead client onboarding and ongoing servicing for business clients valued at $10M–$50M in annual revenue. The role operates within a pod with a BDO and RM, coordinating across internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience from day one.

You will manage onboarding, product inquiries, and ongoing support, ensuring timely documentation, KYC compliance, and accurate CRM records for healthy portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) or foreign equivalent.
• Minimum experience: 4+ years in banking, financial services, or client-facing support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with banking systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
