JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Business Banking Consultant to drive development efforts in underserved communities, focusing on economic opportunity areas across the U.S. You will lead client relationships, deliver tailored banking solutions, and collaborate with Chase partners to support small businesses and nonprofits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in business banking relationship management role or related business / commercial lending experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Strong relationship management skills; demonstrate strong tactical business development and negotiation skills
• Demonstrate seasoned judgment to offer comprehensive and customized solutions that best meet client needs; monitors and researches market/industry trends and business outcomes to anticipate client needs and present proactive solutions
• Able to identify opportunities, issues, and viable alternatives, while managing risk, when traditional solutions do not apply

Responsabilités

• Build relationships, and utilize networks and local centers of influence to identify and support underserved entrepreneurs
• Cultivate long-term relationships with Community Development Financial Institutions, Non-profits, and other community organizations, leveraging Chase resources
• Maintain current business network and involvement in community organizations; leverage knowledge of diverse businesses, industries, markets, and financial concepts
• Provide best-in-class client advice and service, and develop relationships for seamless client experience across Chase
• Deliver customized business banking solutions tailored to client needs, leveraging knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit and risk management
• Build collaborative internal and external relationships to develop the business network and ensure a seamless experience for clients
• Discover client personal financial goals and connect clients with specialists across lines of business
