Job summary

ITW seeks a Business Applications Manager to lead a team responsible for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, RFgen, and related systems. You will prioritize initiatives with business leaders, drive projects from requirements to rollout, and coordinate with internal staff and external partners.

The role emphasizes leadership, project management, and vendor coordination, with focus on reliability, reporting, and data integrity across ERP and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in business applications, ERP, or enterprise systems with 3+ years of direct team leadership.
• Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and applications supporting manufacturing or distribution preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, CS, business admin, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead team responsible for supporting and improving business applications across Retail Shared Services.
• Partner with business leaders to set priorities and ensure systems meet day-to-day needs and future plans.
• Direct JD Edwards and related applications work when needed; focus on team leadership, project management, and coordination with partners.
• Manage application operations, reliability, upgrades, and production support; oversee resource allocation.
• Oversee integrations, reporting, data ownership, and reusable datasets for analytics.
• Manage vendor contracts, budgets, and CAPEX planning; ensure value and performance from partners.
• Plan upgrades, modernization, and technology adoption, including security considerations and backup/continuity.
