Soni Resources is seeking an experienced JDE Manager to lead our JD Edwards environment, oversee a blended team of internal staff and external consultants, and drive ERP integration, upgrades, and ongoing support. This role requires deep CNC expertise, vendor management skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable JDE solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage JDE applications, upgrades, quarterly patching, and infrastructure enhancements.
• Lead a team of 6 direct reports and ~20 external consultants; oversee vendor relationships and bolt-on integrations (e.g., Medius, AtomIQ).
• Ensure SOX compliance, JDE security, and support DR planning/testing.
• Drive system transformation to reduce customizations and adopt new release features.
• Deliver accurate executive reporting and incentive reports.
• Provide project management, testing, and hands-on support for JDE initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years JDE experience (CNC, UDOs, upgrades, integrations, security, SOX).
• Proven leadership of technical/functional teams and strong vendor management.
• Expertise in project management, business translation, and executive reporting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred

• Experience with Medius, AtomIQ, incentive compensation, and cloud migration.
