Ladders is seeking a Business Applications Manager to lead the support, reliability, and ongoing enhancement of core business applications across finance, sales, and distribution. The role partners with business leaders and technical teams to deliver projects and ensure platform stability.

You will manage a team of analysts, drive data integrity, and guide the adoption of emerging technologies to improve business processes in a remote, US-based environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business applications or ERP systems, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and application project management.
• Strong background in integrations, reporting, and vendor management.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications across Finance, Sales, and Distribution.

Responsabilités

• Manage the support and reliability of JD Edwards and related applications
• Lead projects from requirements gathering through rollout and communication
• Oversee EDI and integrations, ensuring data accuracy and ownership
• Manage application vendors and support agreements effectively
• Plan for application upgrades and address technical debt
• Ensure application security and continuity measures are in place
• Develop and mentor application analysts and technical staff
