• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• No specific certification or license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead application operations and support for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, RFgen, and related apps.
• Drive projects from requirements through testing, rollout, and communication.
• Oversee integrations, data transfers, and reporting standards.
• Manage vendors, contracts, expenditures, and escalations.
• Plan upgrades, modernization, and security/compliance measures.
• Develop the team, set goals, and ensure knowledge sharing.
