ITW is seeking a Business Applications Manager in Indiana to lead the team responsible for supporting and improving business applications across Retail Shared Services, including JD Edwards and integrations. The role focuses on leading the team, managing projects, and coordinating internal staff and outside partners to meet day-to-day needs and future goals.

You will work directly in JD Edwards and other applications as needed, setting priorities with business leaders and ensuring systems

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in business applications/ERP/enterprise systems.
• Minimum 3 years leading a team and managing direct reports.
• Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, integrations, reporting, and vendor management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee application operations and reliability of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, RFgen, and related apps; review issues and drive fixes.
• Lead projects from requirements gathering through testing, UAT, rollout, and communication; manage scope, schedules, budgets.
• Oversee EDI and integrations; set reporting standards; improve data accuracy and reusable datasets.
• Manage application vendors and consultants; oversee SLAs, SOWs, renewals, licensing, and budgeting.
• Plan upgrades, modernization, replacements, retirements; address aging systems and explore AI opportunities.
• Ensure security, access controls, monitoring, and disaster recovery planning.
