Job summary

You will work with stakeholders to understand processes and translate them into clear functional specifications, partnering with UKG tech-functional architects and SMEs.

You will support configuration, testing, validation, and deployment, develop test scenarios, coordinate testing activities, and ensure solutions

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Work with stakeholders to understand workforce management processes and business needs.
Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements.
Partner with UKG Techno-Functional Architects and SMEs to determine appropriate solutions.
Support configuration and solution validation.
Develop test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate and support system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Validate that configured solutions meet business requirements.
Identify, document, and track defects and issues.
Coordinate issue resolution across business, functional, and technical teams.
Support implementation planning and project activities.
Develop and maintain requirements, process, testing, and implementation documentation.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and implementation teams.
Support deployment and post-implementation stabilization.
