Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or BPM methodologies.
Proficiency in reporting tools (Power Automate, Co-Pilot Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Nice to Have Skills: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar certification.
