Job summary

The Queen's Health Systems in Hawaii seeks an experienced IT Business Analyst specializing in UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) to optimize timekeeping, scheduling, extensions and EZ Call modules.

You will partner with operational, clinical and technical stakeholders to analyze processes, implement enhancements, and ensure effective use of workforce management technologies across the organization while supporting selected PeopleSoft HCM apps as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent ERP IT support experience.
• 1 year of ERP IT support including analysis, requirements gathering, design, configuration and testing.
• Experience with business processes, stakeholder liaison, and translating needs into IT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP modules, including timekeeping and scheduling.
• Collaborate with operational, clinical and technical teams to analyze processes.
• Document requirements, design functional solutions, and support testing.
• Bridge business needs with IT capabilities and ensure best-practice utilization.
• Assist with PeopleSoft or Kronos related initiatives as needed.
