ASX Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive Workday HCM, Position Management and Workday Adaptive Planning initiatives. You will partner with cross‑functional teams across P&C, Finance and Technology to define requirements and ensure a smooth delivery.

The role supports flexible working arrangements, a matrix work environment, and rigorous change management to enable adoption and benefits realization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years dedicated business analysis experience.
• Experience supporting Workday HCM and Position Management implementations.
• Experience in gathering stakeholder needs and translating to functional requirements.
• Experience in modelling business processes and data requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis across Workday HCM, Position Management and Workday Adaptive Planning for P&C.
• Perform gap analysis on current and target states with stakeholders.
• Define data, reporting and integration requirements for related systems.
• Develop and validate requirements using epics, features and user stories.
• Coordinate with project teams and ensure alignment to BAU.
