LTIMindtree in Bloomington, IL is seeking a Senior Specialist - Business Analysis to actively participate in sprint planning, analyze business requirements, and coordinate configuration changes with Insurity.

You will support release upgrades, perform data feed checks from Insurity PolicyCenter and Guidewire, and work with business teams to minimize tickets while improving functionality.

Role Description

Senior Specialist - Business Analysis

Key Responsibilities

• Actively participating in sprint planning and prioritization meetings
• Configuration:
• Make configuration changes based on business functionality requirements
• Address any Configuration gaps between environments
• Troubleshoot reported functionality before submitting tickets to Insurity
• Answer questions from the business teams regarding functionality
• Goal is to address issues and minimize the number of tickets that must be opened with Insurity
• Supporting Release Upgrades including assisting with testing and working back with Insurity to get issues resolved
• Policy and Claim Data Feed Support:
• Would include XML integration analysis mapping reviews and gap analysis
• Policy data feed support Data is feed from both the Insurity Policy Decisions System and Guidewire PolicyCenter
• Claims data feed support Data is feed from Guidewire ClaimCenter
• Support Loss Control testing with vendors:
• Client is expecting Insurity to retain the capability to fix defects but would be interested in having LTM resources on our team that could do the fixes.
• This would require having access into Insurity both from a system access and access to resources at Insurity
• Given LTMs partnership with Insurity we would support getting an agreement in place with Insurity that would support this model Insurity would also stand to benefit from this model

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
