Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a Senior Specialist - Package Implementation to lead Guidewire PolicyCenter deployments in the US. You will provide technical leadership, develop configurations and integrations, and ensure production stability across on-site and offshore teams.

The role requires 5–8 years of GW PolicyCenter experience, GW GOSU development, and strong API/Rules knowledge, with hands-on implementation experience for GW Cloud. Location: Columbus, OH; competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Certified Guidewire Policy Center professional Associate or ACE.
• 5 - 8 years of hands-on work experience Guidewire PolicyCenter modules
• Hands on knowledge of Guidewire Configuration and/or Integration
• One complete end to end implementation experience for GW Cloud
• Development experience with Guidewire GOSU proprietary code
• Development experience with Guidewire APIs methods rules and processes

Responsibilities

• Ability to implement and support Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Provide technical leadership to junior Guidewire associates on development and support.
• Develop configuration and integration features per requirements.
• Coordinate onsite-offshore to understand client needs and communicate feasibility.
• Invest 40-60% of time for development work for release.
• Onsite-offshore coordination for production incidents.
• Review Offshore work in Rating PCF, Config, Rules, and Data Model creation.
• Manage and communicate team status to onsite management.
• Provide technical support for Guidewire PolicyCenter in production.
• Coordinate with teams to analyze defects and ensure uptime.
• Coordinate with other service providers to keep applications running

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to implement and support Guidewire PolicyCenter
• Ability to provide technical leadership to junior Guidewire associates regarding Guidewire development and support
• Develop configuration and integration features as per requirements
• Work at Onsite offshore to understand the exact Client Business Needs check the technical Feasibility to achieve the requirements and then communicating the same to Offshore there by making Offshore to produce quality deliverables expected by client
• Hands on experience to invest 4060 of time for development work for release
• Onsite Offshore Coordination for resolving production Incidents
• Review the Offshore Development work in Areas of Rating PCF Configuration Business Rules and Data Model Creation
• Managing and communicating team status to Onsite Management
• Technical support for Guidewire PolicyCenter in production
• Coordinating with team to analyze defects
• Coordinate with other service provider and integration owners to make sure the applications are up and running

Technical Skills

• Certified Guidewire PolicyCenter with experience for implantation and state rollouts
• Configuration for state specific forms rating business rules UW issues PCF changes and integrations
• Experience working with SQL Server or Oracle database
• 3rdparty platform application integration
• Application Servers such as Web sphere Apache Tomcat or JBOSS J2EE application containers

Must Have Skills

Other Details

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
