Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support our Transformation Program within the Transformation Management Office. You will help govern SAP workstreams, deliver analytics, manage RAID items, and support post go-live stabilization.

Collaborating with program leadership, solution delivery teams, and operations, you will ensure disciplined change management, risk visibility, and a smooth transition to operations while driving business value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, CS or related field.
• 5+ years in Business Analysis; 3+ years supporting SAP (S/4HANA/ECC).
• Certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/CBAP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage PMO governance frameworks: status reporting, milestone tracking, change control.
• Develop data analytics and dashboards to track program performance and value realization.
• Maintain RAID log and drive timely risk mitigation actions.
• Lead Hypercare support and issue resolution to stabilize systems.
