Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with at least 3 years supporting SAP implementation/upgrade programs (S/4HANA, ECC).
• Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or equivalent preferred.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PMO governance, status reporting, milestones, and change control.
• Proven RAID management experience and post-go-live Hypercare expertise.
• Proficiency in data analytics/visualization tools (Power BI, Excel).
• Excellent executive-level communication and collaboration across functions.
• Fluent in English; travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Manage PMO governance frameworks: status reporting, milestone tracking, decision logs, change control processes for SAP workstreams.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reports to track program performance and value realization.
• Maintain and escalate Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies in the RAID log with owners.
• Drive Hypercare support and issue resolution to stabilize post-go-live operations within SLAs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT to align SAP solutions with business objectives.
