Job summary

GlobalFoundries in the United States seeks a highly skilled Business Analyst specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Power Platform. You will translate strategic needs into functional requirements and own end-to-end design and delivery of user stories in an Agile/Scrum environment across D365 CE and the Power Platform.

You will lead D365 CE ownership, manage backlogs, define acceptance criteria, and shape the Customer Portal (Power Pages).

Qualifications

12+ years delivering Microsoft D365 CE solutions with functional leadership
Experience on highly customized D365 CE and Power Platform in enterprise environments
Background in manufacturing domains, preferably Hi-Tech or semiconductor
Able to work in a global distributed delivery model across regions

Responsibilities

Capture and translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
Own end-to-end design and delivery of D365 CE and Power Platform features
Lead backlog refinement, functional design, fit-gap analysis, and testing
Design and manage Customer Portal (Power Pages) user journeys and access rules
Create functional process models and data relationships to align teams
Collaborate with DevOps and vendors for sprint readiness and releases
