You will work with cross-functional teams to map current and target states, automate reporting, and prepare leadership-ready analyses and recommendations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, a minimum 3.0 GPA, English fluency, and up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA and good academic standing.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Design and document processes to remove bottlenecks and drive automation across partner motion.
• Support customer coverage with optimal sales and service model.
• Provide performance insights and data-driven recommendations for partner reviews.
• Identify gaps and simplify workflows with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare analyses and drive actions to closure for partner performance reviews.
• Automate recurring reporting and manual workflows using low-code/AI tools.
• Prepare summaries and recommendations for senior leadership.
