Job summary

Virginia Tax, part of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is seeking two Senior Business Analysts to support Tax Processing systems and online services applications. You will help ensure efficiency, accuracy, and user satisfaction in processing millions of tax returns and payments.

Qualifications

• Considerable experience working in a time-sensitive work environment supporting public-facing online programs
• Considerable experience providing business and functional support to online electronic commerce systems
• Strong ability to analyze and develop a detailed understanding of a complex online application system
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience writing business requirements for online programs that support public users
• Strong communication skills, verbally and in writing
