Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration or related field.
• Two years of experience in implementation and support of business information systems.
• Ability to analyze routine to moderately complex problems and develop automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Senior Automation Analyst and perform tax billings and batch processing.
• Maintain and troubleshoot department information systems and hardware/software.
• Lead training, document processes and develop user training materials.
• Participate in cross-functional automation projects and vendor consultations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software issues.
