Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead complex analysis across multiple systems and stakeholder groups. You will drive requirements strategy, business process analysis, solution evaluation, testing support, and readiness for implementation.

In this role, you will guide other analysts and IT professionals, influence cross-functional decisions, and ensure deliverables align with strategic outcomes. On-call and remote work are possible during certain deployments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience analyzing complex business processes.
• Led requirements across multiple systems, functions, and stakeholder groups.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, requirements management, testing, and production support.
• Ability to use SQL and data flows to support analysis.
• Experience with data visualization, APIs, and system integration is a plus.
