Qualifications

• Extensive experience analyzing complex business processes.
• Ability to lead requirements and analysis across multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, requirements management, testing, implementation, and production support.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills considering data, operations, and systems.
• Experience using SQL and data sources to support analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strategic relationships with customers to understand needs and opportunities.
• Lead requirements strategy, elicitation, validation, and stakeholder alignment for complex initiatives.
• Lead analysis across multiple systems, functions, data sources, and stakeholders.
• Define analysis approach and documentation expectations for initiatives.
• Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, and aligned with outcomes.
• Partner with IT to evaluate solution options addressing functional requirements.
• Lead stakeholders in evaluating business value and implementation readiness.
• Lead business process reengineering and cross-functional improvements.
• Resolve conflicting requirements and dependencies.
• Guide QA and UAT efforts and support issue resolution.
• Coordinate BA and IT teams on assigned initiatives.
• Review deliverables and coach junior analysts.
