Insurity is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to partner with cross‑functional teams on complex customer implementations. You will own business and functional specifications, support configuration and testing, and mentor other analysts across projects.

You will lead requirements gathering, develop wireframes and use cases, and contribute to pre‑sales efforts while upholding Insurity’s commitment to client success and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to lead end-to-end requirements and system design.
• Proven ability to mentor junior analysts and support pre-sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer requirements gathering for large, complex projects.
• Own development of business and functional specifications; support testing and UAT.
