Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with IT/business analysis.
• Experience capturing IT requirements and creating user stories.
• Experience with IT service management platforms like ServiceNow/Remedy/Atlassian.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating with product owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams.
• Capture, analyze, and manage functional and non-functional requirements with detailed user stories.
• Translate business objectives into actionable system requirements within a prioritized backlog.
• Analyze business or systems processes to identify improvements.
• Meet with stakeholders to gather, validate, and refine business needs.
• Communicate business needs to the development team through user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate to define Release and Sprint backlogs and assist in planning.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet expectations and objectives.
• Evaluate completed work against requirements and scope.
• Lead product demonstrations and collect feedback.
