Qualifikationen

• Experience as a liaison between development teams and business clients on software projects.
• Ability to lead meetings, trainings, and stakeholder communications effectively.
• Experience gathering requirements and leading sessions independently.
• Experience with Azure DevOps in a software development context.
• Exposure to complex IT web applications within the last 5 years.

Aufgaben

• Facilitates meetings with the technical team and business client.
• Gathers requirements and project specifications by leading requirement sessions independently
• Manage project tasks, timelines, and communication between business product owner and development team associated with the Change Management lifecycle
• Provide management with information such as project status reports and resource demand projections.
• Maintain backlog of work items & track sprints and ticket progress in Azure DevOps
• Ensures the team is adhering to the department change management policies
• Maintains documentation on the project SharePoint Site
• Must be detail oriented and a critical thinker
• Working with vendors and other stakeholders
• Gather complex new application requirements for RFPs
