Qualifikationen

• 8 years of experience eliciting requirements from interviews with customers and creating well-written system requirements
• Experience with software development life cycles (SDLCs)
• Business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement experience
• Experience developing user stories and use cases that conform to business analysis best practices
• Experience designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices
• Demonstrated strong communication and facilitation skills
• Demonstrated strong writing and organization skills
• Documented work experience with the issue tracking software Atlassian Jira
• Documented experience working for or closely with TEA or a federal/state/local education agency or ed vendor
• Documented work experience with the requirements management software Modern Requirements
• Experience supporting complaint and case management workflows, including intake, investigation, and resolution
• Experience with educator certification process, federal/state grant programs, or state funding program

Aufgaben

• Elicits requirements using JAD, workshops, interviews, document analysis, and other methods
• Analyzes to identify user needs, business processes, pain points, and system capabilities
• Writes requirements, use cases, user stories, and software requirements specifications documents
• Creates visual outputs such as process flows, context diagrams, UML diagrams, wireframes, and mockups
• Manages lifecycle including deadlines, change control, tracking requirement status, coordinating UAT, and traceability
