Job summary

Zenfreed, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Agency Services Application Development and Support team in Michigan. The role focuses on maintenance of multiple applications for MDCR, MCSC, and MiLEAP, while leading requirements gathering and coordinating with stakeholders across projects.

The candidate will serve as the liaison between business partners and technical teams, oversee change management activities, and drive successful delivery through Azure DevOps, SharePoint,

Qualifications

5+ years exposure to complex IT web applications within the past 5 years.
Experience as a liaison between development teams and project managers or business clients in software projects.
Ability to lead meetings, conduct training, communicate to diverse audiences, and present oral/written reports.

Responsibilities

Facilitate meetings with the technical team and business client.
Gather requirements and project specifications by leading requirement sessions independently.
Manage project tasks, timelines, and communication between business product owner and development team.
