Novalink Solutions LLC seeks a Senior Business Analyst to support the Agency Services Application Development and Support teams serving MDCR, MCSC, and MiLEAP. You will gather requirements, lead sessions, and act as the liaison between business partners and the technical team through the SDLC.

Primarily focused on maintenance and larger projects, the role requires strong leadership, effective communication, backlog management in Azure DevOps, and collaboration with vendors to deliver complex web

Formación

• Exposure to complex IT web applications within the past 5 years.
• Experience liaising between the development team and project manager or business client in a software development project.
• Experience as a business analyst in a software development project within the past 5 years.
• Ability to lead meetings, conduct trainings & information sessions, communicate at audience level, and deliver oral/written reports.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitates meetings with the technical team and business client.
• Gathers requirements and project specifications by leading requirement sessions independently
• Manage project tasks, timelines, and communication between business product owner and development team in Change Management lifecycle
• Provide management with project status reports and resource demand projections.
• Maintain backlog of work items & track sprints and ticket progress in Azure DevOps
• Ensure the team adheres to department change management policies
• Maintains project documentation on the SharePoint site
• Be detail oriented and a critical thinker
• Work with vendors and stakeholders
• Gather complex new application requirements for RFPs
