FastTek Global is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Agency Services Application Development and Support team for multiple Michigan state applications, with a focus on MiLEAP. You will drive requirements, oversee the SDLC, and lead meetings with business partners and the technical team.

You will manage change management tasks, backlogs, and sprints in Azure DevOps, while ensuring quality documentation and effective communication across stakeholders in a fast-paced governance

Competenze

• Gathers requirements and leads requirement sessions independently.
• Liaisons between business partners and technical teams throughout SDLC.
• Leads meetings with stakeholders and other resources; strong communication.
• Experience supporting web applications and change management processes.
• Proficient with Azure DevOps for backlog and sprint tracking.

• Facilitates meetings with the technical team and business client.
• Gathers requirements and project specifications by leading requirement sessions independently
• Manage project tasks, timelines, and communication between business product owner and development team associated with the Change Management lifecycle
• Provide management with information such as project status reports and resource demand projections.
• Maintain backlog of work items & track sprints and ticket progress in Azure DevOps
• Ensures the team is adhering to the department change management policies
• Maintains documentation on the project SharePoint Site.
