Cloud Analytics Technologies, LLC seeks a Senior Business Analyst to support MiLEAP initiatives in Lansing, MI. You will gather business requirements, coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders, manage support requests, and back software development projects.

The role emphasizes leading requirement sessions, liaising between business users and developers, and coordinating tasks and reports. Collaboration with vendors and change management adherence are essential.

Competenze

5+ years of experience with complex IT web applications.
3+ years Business Analyst experience in software development projects.
3+ years coordinating between technical teams and business stakeholders.
3+ years of experience leading meetings, training, and presentations.

Mansioni

Lead stakeholder meetings and requirement-gathering sessions.
Act as a liaison between business users, project managers, and development teams.
Manage project tasks, timelines, backlogs, sprints, and tickets using Azure DevOps.
Prepare project status reports and resource projections.
Ensure compliance with change management processes.
Maintain project documentation in SharePoint.
