IntelliBee Inc in Lansing, MI is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Agency Services Application Development and Support team. You will gather requirements, lead sessions and act as the liaison between business partners and the technical team for MDCR, MCSC and MiLEAP initiatives.

The role emphasizes leadership, effective communication, and requirement gathering for project initiatives. Experience with SDLC, complex web apps, and Azure DevOps is highly valued in this senior position.

Business Analyst

Seeking a Senior Business Analyst to assist with the Agency Services Application Development and Support team who supports multiple applications for Michigan Department of Civil Rights (MDCR), Michigan Civil Service Commission (MCSC), and Michigan Lifelong Education Advancement and Potential (MiLEAP). This role would consist of supporting maintenance activities for applications as well as multiple larger projects with a main focus on MiLEAP. We are looking for someone who understands and has experience with the software development lifecycle as they will be managing work requests to support operational support needs for web applications and gather requirements for project initiatives. This role is the liaison between the technical team and the business partners. This is a senior position, the selected candidate must possess strong leadership skills including delegation, effective communication, effective requirement gathering, and the ability to lead meetings with stakeholders and other technical resources.

• Ability to lead meetings, conduct training & information sessions, communicate at a level appropriate to the audience, make oral and written reports and presentations - Required – 3+ Years
• Experience with Azure DevOps - Required – 1+ Years
