Sentara Health is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Sales Operations by identifying opportunities to improve business processes and coordinating between business stakeholders and IT. You will gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, conduct UAT, and develop dashboards that drive operational and strategic decisions.

The role requires 5+ years of business analysis experience, Salesforce familiarity, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, business systems support, or related roles.
• Experience supporting Salesforce users and business processes.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and requirements‑gathering skills.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Gather, document, and communicate business requirements for system enhancements and issue resolution.
• Investigate and troubleshoot Salesforce‑related business process and data issues.
• Coordinate and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes and enhancements.
• Create, maintain, and analyze reports and dashboards to support business operations and performance tracking.
• Monitor data quality and identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
