Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional efforts translating business needs into actionable solutions for Merchandising, Planning, and Allocation initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather detailed requirements and translate them into user stories.
• Coordinate with architects, developers, and vendors to influence solution designs and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Own and maintain business requirements, functional designs, user stories, and backlog items for related systems.
• Support existing production systems, prioritize issues, coordinate fixes, and assist testing.
• Provide senior functional guidance to business partners on process, data flow, and system behavior.
