Qualifications

• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience in finance or energy sectors.
• Retail Energy experience such as CIS/Billing, EDI, Customer Care, Sales, and C&I/Mass Market products.
• Experience at a management consulting firm is a plus.
• Strong ability to interview executives and document business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, facilitate, document and participate in client meetings/workshops.
• Develop procedures, controls, user requirements, and functional specifications.
• Create BRDs into use cases/functional specs for customization.
• Gather requirements, write user stories, and document architectures and rules.
• Model business processes, data flows, and standards.
• Document problems and work to resolve defects while ensuring end-user satisfaction.
• Analyze and propose enhancements to business processes, reports, and applications.
• Conduct customer interviews and produce meeting summaries.
• Perform market/client research and industry analysis of requirements.
• Produce consulting deliverables (proposals, presentations, reports).
• Create reusable intellectual capital and templates for methods and blueprints.
