Job summary

Capco’s Business Consulting practice in Houston seeks a Business Analyst to support retail energy clients by bridging business needs and technology solutions, shaping strategy, gathering requirements, and delivering consulting outcomes.

You’ll work to improve operational efficiency and drive transformation initiatives through documentation, workshops, and clear deliverables across billing, CIS, EDI, and customer care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Technology.
• Experience as a Business Analyst within retail energy (billing, CIS, EDI, customer care).
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Experience producing structured consulting deliverables and documentation.
• Experience with Complex Billing is a plus.

The Role

As a Business Analyst within Capco’s Business Consulting practice, you will support retail energy clients by bridging business needs and technology solutions. You will play a key role in shaping strategy, gathering requirements, and delivering high-quality consulting outcomes that improve operational efficiency and support transformation initiatives.
