Capco, a global management and technology consultancy, seeks a Business Analyst to join a team serving energy and financial services clients. You will bridge business and technical teams, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable plans throughout client engagements.

You will develop BRDs, map current to future state processes, and deliver clear, high-quality consulting deliverables—including proposals and presentations—to support project goals.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working for a management and/or technology consulting firm is highly desired.
• System implementation experience is a plus.
• Ability to determine business objectives by reviewing business functions, gathering information and evaluating output requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and evaluate procedures, controls, user requirements and functional specifications to identify gaps between the current state and future state.
• Create business requirement documents (BRD's).
• Document and explain problems and work to resolve technical defects while ensuring technical compatibility and end-user satisfaction.
• Analyze, develop and propose enhancements to current business processes, reports and applications to optimize system effectiveness.
• Assist in conducting customer interviews and producing meeting summaries.
• Produce high-quality verbal and written consulting deliverables (proposals, customer presentations, consulting reports) to effectively communicate project findings.
