Job summary

ICF International, Inc. seeks an IT Business Analyst to support the software development lifecycle for energy efficiency tracking and reporting tools. The role requires collaboration with IT teams and stakeholders to define system requirements and design approaches.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in BA or similar roles, strong MS Office skills, and experience with requirements, use cases, and UI design. Flexible hybrid/remote arrangements with travel to Atlanta as needed.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably IT/software delivery.
1+ years of requirements gathering, use cases, process flows, UI designs, and system documentation.
Strong MS Office proficiency including Excel, Visio, Teams and PowerPoint.
Must be able to pass a background check with drug screening.

Responsibilities

Support all aspects of the software development cycle, including requirements and testing.
Design and deliver energy efficiency tracking and reporting tools.
Communicate status clearly with team members during status updates.
Work with IT stakeholders to define system requirements and design approaches.
Prepare specifications, use cases, process flows, and UI designs.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
Enter and track support requests to ensure timely completion.
Learn client processes and identify technology improvements.
Understand ICF IT systems to deliver client solutions.
Train users and assist in troubleshooting.
