Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst within retail energy, including billing, CIS, EDI, and customer care.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Experience producing structured consulting deliverables and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Technology.
• Preferred: experience in management consulting environment.
• Exposure to wholesale energy, settlements, or trading.
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and lifecycle management.
• Experience contributing to business cases, proposals, or pre-sales activities.
• Basic scripting or technical understanding that supports system analysis.
